It is a busy week at AJHS!!



Mrs. Bowman and Mrs. Figley's classes had a great time today at the Sunshine Rodeo in El Paso, AR.

This week in E-period, the English department hosted a fun and creative activity where students crafted their best two-sentence scary stories. Both teachers and students cast their votes in four categories: Teacher Favorite, Student Favorite, Scariest, and Most Creative Presentation.
🎉 Congratulations to our winners: Antoinette Langston, Myla Neal, Nathaniel Sandefur, and Cinco Banks for their outstanding creations!


Tomorrow morning, Mrs. Clennon and a few students will be in front of the school during morning drop-off to collect change for our Operation Homefront Coin Drive. All proceeds go towards Christmas presents for our central Arkansas military families.

Bring your loose coins for our 4th Annual Coin Wars benefiting Central Arkansas's military families through Operation Homefront. The winning grade will get an ice cream party on Thursday, October 17. Coins can be dropped off in front of the counselors' office in the morning before school and in the library during the school day.
