Yesterday the 3rd grade students at Deener had their Sea themed STEAM day to wrap up their first Wit & Wisdom module! Students sculpted shark teeth, made models of the layers of the ocean, researched sharks, used school buses to show the length of sea animals AND observed a squid dissection!! What a fantastic way to expand knowledge and experience for our students! Thank you to everyone who made this day possible, it was an exciting day of discovery and learning! *Check our Facebook for more pictures!
