These four students in Mrs. Brewer's language arts class not only had perfect Narrative Essays with all 20 of the 5th grade skills required, but they were so well written that Mrs. Brewer would like to use them as mentor texts for future school years. This earned them a certificate and a principal tag from Mrs. Parsley, which was personally awarded. Way to go Zoey Weng, Gianna Brown, Lily Alred, and Charlie Bean!

The Lexia March Madness tournament is in full swing on Mrs. Lutz and Mrs. Taylor’s team. The kids are working voraciously. Homerooms are completing against each other to become the champion (the team with the most units wins). It is madness! It is fun! Pushing into spring break with hard work is a win for all of the students! Mrs. Lutz and Mrs. Taylor are so proud of them!
