Searcy School District staff members and board members attended the annual Arkansas School Boards Association conference last week. Dr. Bobby Hart, Andrew Sills, Lauren Taylor, and Bethany Philpot presented a breakout session on Future-Ready Grading and Standards-Based Grading implementation.
Dr. Michael Liles, board member, earned the Pinnacle Award for completing at least 200 hours of continuing education and the Service Award for 30 or more years of board service. Board member Philip Williams earned the Platinum Award for completing at least 400 hours of continuing education.
