Searcy Lions football and cheer sign-ups for incoming 3rd– 6th grade are now open. n-person sign-ups will occur on May 21st and 23rd from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm at the Searcy Optimist field on Queensway Dr. Practices start in July and the season runs from August through October. A string instrument choice session will be held on Tuesday evening, May 14, at 6:00 pm, in the Searcy High School Performing Arts Center Orchestra Hall. The session is designed as a help session for parents and their future beginning orchestra students. Orchestra teachers will be present to help you choose a violin, viola, cello, or double bass, be measured for the correct size instrument, discuss rental options or reserve a school instrument for the 2024-25 school year, and answer questions.
