The Christmas tree at the Searcy School District Administration Office is decorated with our favorite Lion ornaments. At the top of our wish list is a Searcy Lion win Friday night against Greenwood and a trip to War Memorial Stadium the next week. Go, Lions! Let’s ROAR!!!
Avoid the lines and buy advance tickets for the third round playoff game Friday night in which the Searcy Lions face off against the Greenwood Bulldogs at 7:00 P.M. Advance tickets may be purchased at the administration office at 801 North Elm between 9:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M. on Tuesday, November 26, 2019. Tickets are $6.00 for adults and students. Tickets may also be purchased at Lion Stadium on Friday night. Go, Lions!
It's game day! The SHS Lions take on the Pine Bluff Zebras in tonight's second round playoff game at Lion Stadium. Kick-off is at 7:00 P.M. No Lionbacker or Searcy Schools activity passes will be accepted. Only AAA passes are accepted.Admission is $6.00 for students and adults. Future Searcy Lion,Gentry Davis, watches Mr. Larry's bus route everyday! He can't wait to be able to ride a Searcy bus when he goes to kindergarten. Gentry's parents are both Searcy Schools employees, Matt and Lindsey Davis.

Congratulations to SWMS 6th grade students Zach Tancinco and Lawson Faulkner for placing in the top 3 of the 6th Grade Wilbur D. Mills Educational Cooperative chess tournament! Tancinco took the #1 spot and Lawson earned the #3 place.

It was a special day for AJHS science teacher Kyla Glasser today! Her former 7th grade science student, Aaron Sanders, is now employed by Entergy and works at the Independence Power Plant.He was one of the tour guides for her students during today's educational field trip!
